In a decission dated May 12th, 1998, the District Court Hamburg
(LG Hamburg, Germany) decided, that from including hyperlinks on a
web page a responsibility for the content of linked pages results,
except the authors of the page including the link distance themselves
explicitly from the content of the linked pages.
On this note, we declare, that at the time of linking external
internet pages, we did not notice any illegal content on those pages.
For pages, which do not belong to our internet representation, we have
no influence on current or future content and design of those pages.
Herewith we distance ourselves explicitly from each and all content of
linked external pages. Responsible for those pages are sololy the
providers of those linked pages.
